The Fédé Pâtes workshops are a great way to discover the world of fresh pasta and meet new people! A new workshop for May: a workshop on two traditional Italian dishes: cannelloni and rosette modenesi! We'll be preparing the classic recipe for cannelloni, made with ricotta and spinach, and rosette modenesi, a typical dish from the Emilia-Romagna region, made with besciamella, cheese and ham! Of course, we'll also take a look at how to prepare the dough to make these dishes to perfection. Meet at the Elzenhof cultural centre at 6.30pm!
