The Artists’ Parliament is a new space for public art in front of the European Parliament, marking the Presidencies of the Council of the EU. The open-air exhibitions are freely accessible 24 hours a day on the Esplanade Solidarność. The first sculpture, celebrating the Belgian Presidency, is L’Aire d’un Souffle by world-renowned Belgian artists Ann Veronica Janssens and Michel François.
