How to rent a venue?

Consult the descriptions and prices of the different venues: the Mercelis theatre, the Molière theatre, the Chapelle de Boondael, and the KULT XL Ateliers exhibition hall.

Contact the Culture Department (culture@ixelles.brussels – 02 515 64 63) to check the availability of the venues and make an option.

Confirm your option by filling in the booking form.

In case of a positive decision by the college, an agreement will be sent to you.

Return the signed agreement by post to the following address: Service Culture d’Ixelles, Chaussée d’Ixelles 168, 1050 Ixelles.

You will receive an invoice for the rental fee. You will also have to pay a deposit.
The venues
Mercelis theatre
With a capacity of 130 seats, the Mercelis theatre hosts various cultural events (shows, conferences, screenings, etc.).
Mercelis multi-purpose hall
The room is locatef on the ground floor of the theatre and is equipped with a 70-seat tier. The venue is suitable for conferences and shows in a more intimate setting.
Molière Theatre
The Molière Theatre, with a capacity of 300 seats, has a reception area, a bar and a stage equipped for concerts, dance and theatre performances.
Chapelle de Boondael
This former desecrated chapel is located in the south of Ixelles, in the heart of the Boondael quarter. It now hosts exhibitions, concerts and cultural events.
KULT XL Ateliers
The KULT XL Ateliers exhibition hall is located in the European quarter. The 150m2 space on two levels hosts exhibitions, workshops and conferences.
Prerequisites
for the use
of the
venue
The agreement must be signed by both parties.
The organiser’s insurance and water/fire insurance must be in order.
The deposit must be paid.
